Responsibilities in the role include:
Manages matrixed, multi-level teams focused on Business Process Management, Intelligent Automation and Design Thinking.
Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-business, cross-entity, and enterprise-wide initiatives that encompass an end to end analysis of business processes and developing solutions that require specialized knowledge or skill relevant to the redesign and transformation of business processes.
Provides overall direction for identifying the Intelligent Automation opportunities and establishing the requirements, priorities, risks and ensures alignment with strategic plan.
Engage with LoBs and corporate functions both at WFIP and enterprise level to understand the business context and establish priorities.
Trusted & resourceful partner for senior management stakeholders to conceptualize & execute programs to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and experience delivered through business processes engineering and transformation.
Partners with senior leaders to allocate and coordinate resources and determine appropriate staff levels in concert with Intelligent Automation initiatives. Ensures effective integration of initiatives with the financial, technological and process systems used or planned by the organization.
Sets vision, values, and strategy for the function. Provides leadership and direction towards identification and transformation of opportunities into actionable information that drives business outcomes.
Influences and collaborates with peers and senior leaders to strategize change, remove cultural barriers, overcome silo focus, identify alternatives, and resolve competing philosophical approaches.
Builds capabilities that enables process improvement and transformation for the bank. Understands business strategies and objectives and collaborates across the enterprise and WFIP to formulate current and future needs.
Provide thought leadership on world class service delivery practices and programs & represent WFIP organization in industry forums and initiatives
Coaches multiple teams in Design thinking / Automation frame-work/ LEAN/Six Sigma process and tools

Essential
Qualifications
20 years of experience in Process engineering, process transformation, design thinking or a combination of both 15 years of management experience.
10 years of leadership experience in an advanced process transformation function
Strong collaborative management style, with an execution- and results-oriented focus.Ability to manage/deal with uncertainties and the zeal to identify opportunities in adversities
Is a strong people manager; builds high performing and diverse teams, able to lead geographically dispersed teams, sets and achieves high standards for self and team. Compassionate leader with humility and someone who possess broad-based thinking ability
A demonstrated track record of effectively and constructively leading change in large, complex, and global organization(s).Ability to understand/sense the varying decision making styles and navigate effectively
Knowledge of the financial services and other related industries (technology) and understanding of the emerging trends, compliance, regulatory, and economic environment, and the impact on Wells Fargo
Understands multiple perspectives , spots business priorities and aligns divergent positions, brings cohesion to diverse perspectives and achieves objectives that require a high level of collaboration across Wells Fargo
A strategic business partner capable of balancing the need for innovation and change with regulatory realities, internal need to manage risk and cultural readiness for change management.
Has the ability to present and discuss information in a way that persuades, educates and enhances understanding at all levels.
